Wyclef Jean is claiming that he was shot in the hand on Saturday night in Haiti. This was first reported in a statement from Cindy Tanenbaum, his publicist
Jean then spoke to the Associated Press and explained that he was grazed by a bullet in the hand when he stepped out of his car in Haiti to make a phone call. He went on to say that he has no idea who fired or whether the rounds were targeting him.
But my sources say that Wyclef was in fact not shot, but cut himself while openning a champagne bottle. I am going with the champagne bottle, cause we all know that when Wyclef is in Haiti he is there partying, not trying to help. Sean Penn let us know that last year. I highly doubt he would place himself in any dangerous situation.
