Donald Trump is not pleased with Rihanna. Trump says he had agreed to pay Rihanna $500,000 to sing at a cancer fund-raiser at Mar-a-Lago, his private resort in Palm Beach, Fla., on Feb. 19, but she canceled at the last minute, saying she was sick, and was told by her doctors not to fly. Yet the very next day she was able to perform at the NBA All Star Game halftime show. Lucky for The Don, he was able to give Jennifer Hudson a call and she showed up.
“I thought [Rihanna bailing] was insulting to everyone,” Trump, 64, told the Palm Beach Post. “But for Rihanna to go to the [NBA] All-Star game and perform after she told us she was sick, that is just a lack of respect.”
“But, nothing was missed. Jennifer’s a beautiful girl. She came on her day off even though she performs almost every night. She is an unbelievable talent, and her voice is better.”
Rihanna dissing the future President? She must not know who she was dealing with. Seriously though that is funny she cancelled his event, but then still performs the same weekend, at show the whole country viewed. Rihanna is a funny young lady.
