Michael Vick was scheduled to appear on “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, but won’t be doing that after all. It seems his people called to cancel. Could it be that he wasn’t ready for the questions Oprah was going to throw at him? You know once in while she has been known to make a celeb break down and cry.

A show spokesman said Wednesday representatives of the NFL star called late Tuesday to cancel his appearance for personal reasons. The daytime talk show host’s interview with Vick was set to air Thursday, Feb. 24.
The Philadelphia Eagles organization apparently voiced objections to Vick’s planned appearance, causing him to cancel, according to MyFoxPhilly.com.
Vick issued a statement saying: “After careful consideration, I will need to postpone the taping of the Oprah Winfrey interview scheduled for February 22. I admire and respect Oprah and hope to be able to participate in an interview in the future.”
