Lindsay is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, CA jewelry store on January 22. Sources are saying that the L.A. County District Attorney will file the case as early as Monday. Surveillance video from the store shows Lindsay with the necklace in question and there are photos of her wearing what appears to be the same necklace a week later.
If convicted Lindsay will face up to a maximum of three years in state prison. Lohan is saying that the necklace was actually a loan,and plans on fighting the charges. If she is actually arrested it may be a huge problem for Lindsay, who is already on probation for her ongoing DUI case. A violation of probation could mean she will be fighting this case behind bars.
There is no way this girl can be this dumb. Out on probation and now stealing jewelery? This girl is a fool, I have come to accept it.
