Well so much for that!
Kim Kardashian and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney have officially pulled the credit card that they launched only three weeks ago.
The prepaid debit card was aimed at teens and meant that parents could control their children’s spending.
But it was apparently riddled with hidden fees, including monthly fees of $7.95 and a $1.50 charge every time funds were added to the account. It was being investigated by the Attorney General, and the Kardashians no longer want to be involved.
In a letter obtained by TMZ, the Kardashian’s lawyers wrote, “The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults.”
“Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General’s comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked.”
Blah, blah, blah anyone with a brain could have seen this coming a mile away. The only surprise is that it took three weeks!
