Jon Gosselin reportedly went to court to stop Kate Gosselin from taking their eight children to Australia, but was denied by a judge because the excursion is work related. This is the same judge that allowed Kate Gosselin to film her spin-off reality TV show, Kate Plus 8, on TLC, also against Jon’s wishes.
Sources have told Radar Online that “This was yet another slap in the face for Jon because he did not want the kids to go to Australia.” They also stated, “but the judge ruled that because it was for work it was okay. Jon had plans with the kids. Now he won’t see them until they return in mid-January.”
TLC is paying for the trip where footage for future episodes of Kate Plus 8 will be shot. The party will also be visiting New Zealand.
The show must go on. That is Hollywood’s way. This Judge could have ordered that TLC and Kate Gosseling could have waited until after the New Year to take this trip. Seems the man already had NYE plans with his children, and one phone call from his ex-wife and that is out the window. It was a very selfish move on her part. Australia is not going anywhere, it will be here on the second of January.

SELFISH!!!!! That just hits the surface w/her behavior ,she has no dignity for herself or the kids ..when the money gets below a certain number to keep up with the life style her children have provided for her ..there she is w/another show ..she “wants” the public and paprazzi to leave her alone but some how she seems to find a camera .KATE!!! Please go away give your children a chance to learn proper copping skills in stead of survival skills for when real world catches up w/them before it,s to late…the truth hurts!!!!!
